All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and free spins cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met as specified per promotion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ink327 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to player negligence.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ink327 and each Player. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 ink327 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 2.3 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any informal summary or translated communication, the English version shall prevail.

4.1 Each Player may register only one Account with ink327. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, and the use of nominee accounts are strictly prohibited. ink327 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment-source cross-checks to identify duplicate accounts. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or passport), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Any change to your personal information must be updated immediately via your Account settings or by contacting customer support.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted via your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and deposits made under your Account unless you notify ink327 immediately upon discovering unauthorized access.
4.4 ink327 is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify our support team at [email protected].
5.1 ink327 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify Player identity, age, and residency as part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with international anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification may be required at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time ink327 deems necessary.

5.3 All documents must be legible and unaltered. Submissions of forged, doctored, or falsified documents will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
5.4 ink327 typically processes KYC submissions within 24 to 72 hours. During this period, certain Account functions (including withdrawals) may be temporarily restricted. Once verification is approved, all restrictions will be lifted and you will receive email confirmation.
6.1 Deposits: ink327 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction.
6.2 Deposits made via local bank transfer during banking hours (typically Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 WIB) are processed within 3 to 10 minutes. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed instantly 24/7. Deposits made outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays.
6.3 Withdrawals: Players may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Player's ink327 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
6.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review and may require additional KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are:
6.5 ink327 does not charge withdrawal fees on the first withdrawal per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur an administrative fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 25.000.
6.6 ink327 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits or withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single calendar month. Acceptable documentation includes bank statements, salary slips, tax returns, or business income records demonstrating legitimate origin of Funds.
7.1 ink327 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. General bonus terms are set out below.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover"). Typical wagering requirements range from 8× to 40×, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 2.000.000 in eligible wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limit: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum allowable bet per round is Rp 25.000 for slots and Rp 50.000 for sports bets. Any bet exceeding these limits will void the bonus and all associated winnings.
7.5 Bonus Abuse: Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, using automated software to place bonus wagers, or any other pattern of play deemed by ink327 to be exploiting promotional terms in bad faith. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and potential permanent Account closure.
7.6 ink327 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.
8.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final and cannot be canceled, edited, or reversed after confirmation, except in cases where ink327 identifies a technical error or obvious pricing mistake (commonly known as "palpable error"). In the event of a palpable error, ink327 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
8.2 Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant league, federation, or governing body. If a match is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or canceled, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules.
8.3 Live Betting: Odds and markets for live (in-play) betting are updated in real time. There may be a slight delay between real-world events and Platform odds updates. Bets placed during this delay are subject to acceptance or rejection at ink327's discretion. If you place a bet after a goal, point, or other decisive event has occurred but before the odds have updated, the bet may be voided.
8.4 Casino Games: All casino games provided on the Platform are operated by third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. ink327 does not control or influence game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the game information page.
8.5 Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn daily and published on the Platform immediately after each official draw. Bets are settled based on the official draw result. Any dispute regarding a togel result must be raised within 24 hours of the draw publication.
8.6 Maximum Winnings: The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rp 500.000.000. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be capped at Rp 500.000.000. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from this cap and are paid in full as declared by the game provider.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ink327 reserves the right to permanently close the Account, forfeit all Funds (including deposits and winnings), and report the incident to relevant payment providers and authorities where appropriate.
10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software code, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of ink327 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download (other than page caching), sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
10.3 The ink327 name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of ink327. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 ink327 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, error-free operation, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or technical issues.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ink327 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 ink327 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions), internet service provider failures, power outages, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or failures of third-party payment processors or game providers.
11.4 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Funds you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

12.2 We collect personal data necessary to operate your Account, process payments, verify your identity (KYC), and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
12.3 All payment and personal data is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission. We store data on secure servers and implement strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

14.2 Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink327 is licensed and operates internationally.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ink327, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or enforce confidentiality obligations.
